Private Training Prices

60-minute Session: $65/session

30-minute Session: $35/session

Semi-Private Training

Perfect if you want to save money, work with a personal trainer and enjoy exercising with others.  Group size is limited to 3 people. Your personal trainer prepares your customized workouts and will coach you through your workout, but you share some of the attention. It’s a great way to meet other fitness minded people!

$149/month (12 sessions max per month)

Special New Mom Package

Get a postnatal strength workout appropriate for the post partum body and a 60-minute post partum massage for $150.  Sara will show you exercises to heal your core and strengthen the additional muscles that get weak during pregnancy.  You’ll walk away with a take home workout program.  Keri Smith from Nurturing Touch and Wellness will provide the massage to release the kinks from carrying your child.  Keri is located in Ashburn.
