Ok, ladies. I’m talking to you! You get so caught up in the body parts that are flabby, don’t you?! So, it’s no wonder you’re constantly looking for an exercise that will “tone up” your inner thigh. You want to feel those muscles working. You want to be sore from a killer inner thigh workout. Am I right?
First, I must ask, why do you want to do inner thigh exercises? Is it so that area is less flabby? Then, your first and most important course of action is to look at what you’re eating. If you want slimmer thighs or any other body part, you must remove the carbage from your diet. More vegetables, less chips.
Remember, you can not spot reduce. It is a myth! If you think doing exercises specifically focusing on the inner thighs will reduce their size, you’re misguided. That is the same thinking as doing crunches will reduce the fat on your belly. Won’t happen…..unless you eat small portions of nutrient-dense food.

In summary, if you’re looking to reduce cellulite anywhere on the body, you need to clean up your eating, do cardio-based exercise and strength train. I’m not saying you should never do any inner thigh work. You will get better results with a more global approach to reducing the size of your thighs.
