You set a timer for the amount of time you have to workout. Then you do as many rounds of the exercises as you can in the time. The workout below is 20 minutes, but you can shorten or lengthen the duration depending on your schedule. That’s the beauty and flexibility of the AMRAP workout for busy moms!
