Have you ever found yourself asking, “where should I feel this exercise?” Or “what muscle is this exercise working?”
Then when you get an answer, you definitely don’t feel it where you’re supposed to. So what gives?!
The video below explains what might be going on. *Hint: it has to do with underactive muscles.
Where Should I Feel This Exercise
- The brain must be communicating well with the muscle in order for the muscle to do it’s job.
- Massaging the area where you are feeling it (if it’s not the right spot) may help calm down an overactive muscle.
- Underactive muscles fatigue really quickly once activated. Go with body weight or light resistance.
- Get your muscles tested!
